Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods cannot be returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Other non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software

Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any consumable product that has been used, opened, tested or partially consumed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Contact your credit card company: it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@mybaby-kit.com .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it delivered to them and then gave it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser, who will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the return address provided by our customer service.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
These fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Delivery Policy
At MyBaby-kit, we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
However, once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible if it is subsequently reported as not received.
If your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it:

Check the delivery address provided when ordering.

Inspect your property (porch, mailbox, garage, bushes) and ask your neighbors or caretaker.

Contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Evri, etc.) directly with your tracking number.

File a claim with the carrier if the package remains untraceable.
Important :
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
By making a purchase, you agree to these shipping and delivery terms.
Cancellation and Return Policy
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours after purchase by contacting our customer service by email or telephone.
After 2 hours, orders are automatically processed and shipped; they cannot be cancelled or refunded until delivery.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
All items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
