MyBaby-kit is a trade name/brand used by M&B ADVENTURE LLC for the operation of its e-commerce activities. Any mention of MyBaby-kit should therefore be understood as referring to M&B ADVENTURE LLC.

• Order and Validation Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and general conditions of sale in force. MyBaby-kit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of legitimate reason article L121-11 of the Consumer Code.
• Prices and Payment Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, or in the currency of the country you are in at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is 100% secure through our payment provider.

MyBaby-kit reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event of marketing, logistical or economic constraints (such as sales periods, changes in the cost of raw materials, etc.).

• Delivery Delivery is free in mainland France.

Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 12 working days after dispatch.

Order processing and shipping takes place within 24 to 48 business hours after your purchase has been confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

MyBaby-kit cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery attributable to the carrier.

• Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, contact us at: contact@mybaby-kit.com

Returned products must be intact, unused and in their original packaging (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

• Return and Refund Policy You benefit from a 30-day money-back guarantee. Returns are only possible after validation by our team via email. All returned items must be in perfect condition. In the event of breakage or defect upon receipt, photo or video proof will be required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error.
• Legal guarantees In accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects
